ABOUT CHRISTA
I’m Christa, the creator of Sea & Sage! A dreamer, and someone who spent most of her life overwhelmed by emotions she didn’t have names for. Living in the shadows of patterns she couldn’t see. Carrying energy weighted with hidden burdens she didn’t know how to put down.

The creation of Sea & Sage didn’t happen after I healed. It happened during. With every workbook I built, every framework I developed, every piece of this ecosystem I brought into the light, I was simultaneously uncovering what had been suppressed in me for decades.
Creating was healing. The healing was art.
Part of my journey led me into the occult arts – the ancient wisdom systems most people are taught to dismiss, and that I found to be the most honest maps of the human soul I had ever encountered. I dove deep into my own astrological birth chart and found the blueprint I had been living without knowing it. A Capricorn Sun in my 12th house. An Aquarius Rising. A Scorpio Moon and Pluto in the 9th — the philosopher’s placement, the seeker’s placement, the one who cannot rest until she understands what lives beneath the surface. It all suddenly made sense.
Some of what I was carrying didn’t even feel like it belonged only to this lifetime it felt older than that, the kind of pain and trauma that’s carried rather than learned. That recognition didn’t scare me. It steadied me. And somewhere in that process, something shifted the heavy, dense, shadowy energy I had been carrying, the hidden burdens, the inherited conditioning, the wounds I had normalized, slowly began to transmute. Not disappear. Transmute. Into wisdom. Into light. Into the kind of balanced, grounded radiance that doesn’t burn out because it isn’t performing.
It simply is.
THE WORK
The intention behind everything built at Sea & Sage is simple: to offer women affordable, accessible healing tools rooted in traditional and ethnic wisdom traditions, and to make them relevant, alive, and deeply usable in the 21st century.
Everything here is built on one non-negotiable principle: balance.
I do not believe in one-sided healing. I never have. One-sided healing is still imbalance and imbalance, however beautifully packaged, cannot take you home to yourself. True healing requires both sides. The shadow and the light. The feminine and the masculine. The seen and the unseen. The wound and the wisdom that lives inside it. Power and control live in this same duality – power is the light expression of your energy, direct and rooted. Control is its shadow, gripping outcomes out of fear instead of trusting your own frequency. Learning to tell the difference is where reclaiming yourself begins. We all carry masculine and feminine energy. We all carry shadow and light. We all have internal systems — energetic, emotional, somatic, spiritual that rely on these forces being in harmony in order for us to live our most soulful, most sovereign, most fully alive lives.
That is what this work is designed to create. Not the performance of healing. Not the highlight reel of someone else’s transformation. But the real, embodied, beautifully balanced experience of coming home to every part of yourself and discovering that when everything is in harmony, life becomes something extraordinary.

THE WHY
Sea & Sage exists because it is my truth.
It is my creative vision born from years of living inside the wound. Learning to create and build the frameworks from the inside out, and refusing to offer women anything I had not first walked through myself. I built this for the woman who is ready to explore and understand her own greatness. The woman who is exhausted by relationships that deplete her energy, that don’t value her, that ask her to keep giving without ever truly seeing her. Your energy is your most precious resource and nothing is worth spending it on if it isn’t given back to you. And most importantly, the woman who is finally ready to see herself clearly.
Not from a wounded place. Not through the filter of everything she was told she was or wasn’t. But clearly. Honestly. With both eyes open and both hands steady. When you see yourself clearly, when you stop mistaking your wounds for your identity, everything becomes magic. The relationships shift. The patterns break. The life you have been trying to build from the outside in finally starts to build itself from the inside out.
That is what I want for every woman who finds Sea & Sage. I built this to last. To be available and accessible and true for as long as women need it hopefully for centuries! This wisdom is not new. It is ancient. I am simply the vessel that brought it into this form, in this time, for this generation of women who are ready to receive it.
